Disgraceful Service

Dear Ombadsman, I would like to complaint about the poor service I am getting on my claim *** from Discover Insure. The claim handler Nandi Cele is impossible to get hold of and my car has been with the service provide Ross Champion, in Cornubia, Durban for 2 weeks. The feedback from these people is non very poor and I have to check on their Whatsapp group everyday and progress on the replacement on my car rims is taking forever.
