DAY LIGHT *******

The audacity that this company has. They went ahead and submitted a claim to my warranty without notifying me. My car broke down after being with them for 3months. Car went in for panel beating and some wheel alignment. Came back and clutch was not working. The clutch pedal was loose, you could change gears without pressing clutch which resulted in the car not moving therefore had to towed back to Ross Champion. They "assessed" it so they say and came to say the clutch cylinder head was worn out. Ok, fine gave them my warranty details to claim, which they did. Weeks later we pick up the car. Within an hour we back to square one clutch pedal loose again. Tried calling them but it was after 5 so had to get help to push the car into my work premises, wrote an email instead. After the long weekend they come to my work premises to check what's wrong and was told that the part that they had change is ok. Meaning they assess to check what's wrong with the car but assumed that it was the clutch cylinder head. Which means that replaced something that was not broken. They then say it might be something else with the clutch and went on to say they have a basic mechanic hence why they didn't get it right. Mind you they claimed over R4000 from my warranty for a "BASIC MECHANIC". So again it was towed back to them. Me thinking it should be treated as a return job as what was broken is still not fixed yet they got paid for it. Today I'm told that they submitted an other claim without getting approval from me the policy holder and this time they claiming R12 000. Ross champion real things we cash ***s. R12000 on top of the R4000 that was of no use. THIS IS BOARD LIGHT *******. I mean why say you can do something whereas you can't? Why didn't they say clutch is out of they scope of work or rather outsource a professional mechanic. THIS MESS UP IS SUPPOSED TO BE THEIR EXPENSE.
