bad service

I 'm upset and dissapointed with service with ross champoin and their staff, they not intrested of giving a quality service. My car came in on 16/03/2015 for repairs, up to today nothing have been done and no one is given feedback on why my car is not repaired. I have also try to call to check progress the answer i got is that they will call me back, they never get back to me. They not intrested of helping customer like myself they ignore you for no reason, talk about bad service this what i am expiriencing with this company. I wish no one will use this company for repairs, even person who answer call you can sense that she dont want to help you.
