Bad customer service

Brought in my car for repair on the 6th of March 2020. Was told that it would be ready by 25 March 2020. I was informed by Sma the day before lockdown that i can pick it up if i really need it but it was not completely done. I am stressed to have no transport for two months. I wished Miway could have given the business to another panel beater like SMG who updates the customer on daily basis and would keep their promise on when the car would be ready.
