Worst college in South Africa - Rosebank College

Rosebank College is by far the worst college when it comes to service. I registered my daughter in October of 2018 for a course and paid the full fee upfront. I did not receive any confirmation and had to make countless phone calls before I was able to receive assistance. Come this year, my daughter attends orientation (again no correspondence) so I had to send email upon email and make several calls before someone told me that orientation starts on the 11th February. She went to college that day only to get told that the orientation for her particular course is not on that day, it is on the 14th! Then, to add to that they told her that she is not registered for study. I had to call the person that initially helped me and he then sent me the confirmation again of her registration as well as her timetable.

Now college has "started" on the 18th. To date no lectures have taken place, they just sit around and do nothing which means that parents are spending money on transport only for their children to sit and do nothing. Then, she still doesnt have a student card and doesnt even have a list of textbooks / study materials that she requires.

This is by far the most terrible service ever. So they take your money but are not educating your children. PAY BACK THE MONEY
