Working environment disastrous
JUST to alert other job seekers
The current directors approach seems problematic from mere communication face to face, # interpersonal skills. If given a 2 paged job description, there will be 7 pages behind the scenes which you will realise upon engagement. The institution talks about becoming a university, but the professional turnover is just terrible, and many individuals are leaving the institution by giving hours if not a days’ notice. Seems toxic working environment. In the event water is disrupted at work you are just instructed to work from home without a polite communication of such effect as you are going to use your own resources. Forced to take leave when the company is closed. Someone will be walking around counting people and yet there are so many places to tag in and out. I left after hours’ notice
