Why nobody takes colleges seriously
If possible I’d rate this school and their service a zero. We have been trying since December to get my sister’s marks to no avail. Whether you go in person or send them emails or call, nobody gives a damn.
It’s registration season and we cannot move forward with her registration because WE DON’T HAVE HER RESULTS. Anytime you call or email, they tell you about the POPIA act but I’m paying the fees so why can’t you assist?
There are no contact details for a head office or anyone in higher positions than the switchboard operators and that is the biggest problem. If those people don’t care and can’t provide me with any information, then what’s the point? They either "don't know" or can't say anything because of the POPIA Act.
I hope all the other Rosebank Colleges aren’t as exasperating as the Braamfontein branch.
If you are looking to send your child, sibling here, prepared to spend the entire 3 years begging for assistance as if you aren’t paying the school.
