What on earth is wrong with Rosebank College (PTA) and answering phone calls?!!!

What is with Rosebank college and not answering phone calls, I've seen loads of reviews about how RC doesn't prioritize answering phones you'd think the matter would be attended to by now. Seriously i don't know where to turn to now. I've been trying to call the school since last week Wednesday (13 July 2022), but I'm only getting that annoying caller tone. Only today (18 July 2022) did they manage to answer my phone call but client service was too occupied that the phone even went to voice mail. I understand people are busy, but i called in the morning to hopefully catch them before thing got hectic.... nothing, i called in the afternoon... nothing. I promise you even the munities I bought to contact the school wasn't even enough. I was told to try emails, but I know that wont even be responded as soon as id need them to. if my calls were ignored for 4 days, what will happen to my email? Or is the only was i can get assistance is if i went to the campus? the school is good, but its difficult to get good assistance when calling.
