What is there to do now

I'm back here again with the same issue,my 2nd semester modules are not loaded I was contacted by the school and I was told they will get back to me but still there is no response, this is getting tedious, my marks are fluctuating on the portal and I cannot submit work on rc learn. I AM BEING SET UP FOR FAILURE.
