What a woman!!

I gave Ma’am Lerato Mpanza 5 stars because she honestly deserves more than that. She’s one of those rare coordinators who doesn’t just do her job but really cares about the people she’s working with. She made everything clear and easy to follow, always putting in the effort to make sure we were good and had what we needed. She created a calm, stress-free environment that made a huge difference—especially when things could’ve felt overwhelming.

You can tell she genuinely cares about everyone’s experience, not just the end result, and that kind of leadership is rare. The way she carries herself, leads with warmth, and puts in so much behind-the-scenes effort shows her heart for this work. It’s the kind of impact you don’t forget because she didn’t just run a programme; she made it feel like a safe and supportive space.
