Waste of time

So I app**** to study with this institution last year December and I had to run around to make everything right. Don't have time to explain what happened but there were constant issues and I didn't even study or start a class yet I get a SMS to say that I owe R26 400? I sent an email way back to confirm I won't continue my studies so I'll be paying nothing as I haven't used any service or even started studying. Complete waste of tertiary education and my time. A person can't even get through via telephone on any number.
