Was promised refund in my account by friday 16/12/2016 now being told another story

<p>I was promised a refund and was told by the finance team leader it would reflect on friday, however that was not the case ,they now say everyone is on leave and that my refund was not on the list that was released hence i was told that it was very *********** behaviour i would not recommend this college to anyone</p>
