Was adobe digital editions tested before the roll out?

The reason I chose Rosebank over Unisa was because it included textbooks and although a significant price difference, i found it to be more convenient. This semester theres a switch to ebooks which is not convenient at all. I am trying for more than a week now to download my ebook. The class has moved on to chapter 3 and i havent even read the contents page yet. I sent a mail to enquiries on Sunday but still havent had any feedback. I feel very disappointed, frustrated and de-motivated. I keep getting an error from adobe digital editions saying something about the vendor. I have created 4 new adobe id's and still it wont work. Can i just have the textbook please, i am really exhausted trying for so long wasting my time that couldve been spent on studying. Any company must realize that when you introduce IT applications to staff or customers there must be IT technicians assigned to troubleshoot as well. Please research the error "the vendor account you entered is not associated with the item you are trying to open" and you will see that people have been struggling for 5 years with this problem and theres still no solution available, yet it was still approved for students to use knowing that this is the only medium by which they can access their study material.
