Waited 3 years for a 1 year certificate
I would love to get my certificate that i have been requesting for years now. I started a course in 2022 and paid it fully. However, i have not received my certificate… i got tired of requesting a ticket on IE Assist because it does not help.
Mind you i am still waiting… after 3 years.
