Very Annoyed

Honestly this is now frustrating!!! i have tried a number of times to call and email Rosebank College. l am trying to rectify my son's account, but it seems no one is willing to answer their calls or emails, it becomes more annoying to know that such a reputable college cannot even attend to their emails no at least attend to their emails. @ @ADvTECHGroup could you please look into this, cos surely this is unacceptable, we look up your brand and this is the kind of response we get, NOTHING!!!
