Useless Receptionist

My nephew is studying IT at Boston college in Pretoria, to write some exams you have to book first. Sometimes there is no space at their campus and students are forced to book to write their exams at some other institutions. My nephew went to Rosebank college Sunnyside to register to write one of his courses and he was assisted by Roleen. She told him that he will get a voucher in a few days that will give him access to write his exams till today he is still waiting. He has been given the run around by this lady who says that she is waiting for Microsoft in the US to send the vouchers \really". When he asked her if there is any other students who are affected by the US voucher dilemma she says that since June they have not received any vouchers yet she failed to tell my nephew that when he was making a booking. this is so frustrating as this is his last year and does not want write next year. Roleen is just clueless of what is happening and she does not even know what she is doing. Why is she lying"
