In fact, payment was made in full yesterday. To receive such a notice TODAY is both careless and frustrating. Before sending out emails of this nature, the least your team could do is verify the account properly or contact me directly.

I expect this matter to be corrected immediately, and I require written confirmation that my account is up to date and that the suspension notice has been withdrawn.
