Urgent Complaint Regarding Delayed Degree Completion Letter
I completed the degree in 2025. I have logged multiple support tickets requesting this letter. Despite this, each ticket has been marked as "resolved" without the issue actually being addressed. No completion letter has been provided, nor has any meaningful communication been offered to explain the delay. This practice is both misleading and unprofessional. The matter is urgent. I require the completion letter to apply for my South African Council of Educators (SACE) certificate and the teaching posts. SACE mandates official confirmation that all program requirements have been met, and without this documentation, my professional registration is effectively on hold. The ongoing lack of support is directly impacting my career progression. It is extremely frustrating to repeatedly follow the correct procedures, only to be ignored or falsely marked as assisted. The handling of this request reflects poorly on the institution's administrative and support processes.
