Unwillingness to credit Project Management module from Cranefield College (SAQA accredited)

My fiance is enrolled at Rosebank College, doing her second year in Business Management. One of her semester modules is Project Management.

The Rosebank College student portal states the following with regards to the module "The purpose of this module is to provide the student with foundational and practical knowledge of Project Management, the characteristics of the main project phases and the tools used in project management. It further provides knowledge of the four phases of project management, from sourcing a viable project, planning resources and budgets, executing the project to closing the project by having the client sign off on the project."

My fiance completed an ADVANCED CERTIFICATE IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT in March 2018 at Cranefield College (their website cost fees at R55 000). The advance certificate consists of three modules namely, General Management Perspective, Project Finance, Costing and Pricing and lastly Project Management Perspective, Planning and Implementation.

As the person responsible for paying her fees, I am concerned with the fact that Rosebank College is giving not being helpful, sending us from pillar to post, with the process of crediting her for the module. We have been in communication with Bongokuphiwe Garane ( Academic Operations Co-Ordinator) for three months now with no end/resolution in sight.

It is extremely disappointing to say the least, especially when one considers the fees at Rosebank College, to not even be given a telephone line of the person dealing with your query but instead having to go through a coordinator that simply cuts and pastes responses of the decision makers.

In closing, I would like to categorically state that the Cranefield College Project Management (PM) certificate is SAQA registered and in line with Rosebank module objectives, even delving deeper into the field of PM. We need to get credited for this module!
