Unresponsive finance department

Can someone please respond to my emails. I'm now getting messages that my daughter will be suspended from school due to non payment but I have settled all the fees for 2024 and submitted the proof of payment. I opted for the February once off payment and I did pay the whole amount before the 20th Feb, Someone in your admin office messed up my daughter's info and and captured 11 payments options. Your finance department have been promising to adjust the acc since March and nothing is happening. I've been sending numerous emails and calling in every week but I get no assistance. Can someone assist please as this will affect my daughter's graduation
