Unresolved registration issue and lack of support

I am writing to complain about my current registration situation, which has been very frustrating and stressful. My registration was rejected because of my study visa appeal application that is still pending with the Department of Home Affairs. Since then, I have been trying to find a solution so I can continue with my final semester. I tried to switch to online registration, but nothing has been resolved. I have also gone to campus several times to ask for help, but I still have not received any clear solution or proper assistance. Recently, I was told by the Rosebank operations office that there is nothing they can do, which is very discouraging. I am supposed to be doing my final semester, and now I am stuck without any support. I have academic responsibilities coming up, and this situation is causing me a lot of stress. I do not understand why I am not being helped. As a student, I believe I have the right to receive proper guidance and support, regardless of being an international student. At this point, I am kindly asking for urgent help and a clear solution so that I can continue my studies without further delay.
