Unresolved Exam Marking Issue – No Assistance Since December

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support from Rosebank College regarding an unresolved academic issue.

My exam has not been marked, and despite my efforts since December, I have received no assistance at all. I have:

Visited the campus in person

Logged approximately three tickets on IIE Assist

Called the campus and support lines countless times

To date, no one has provided a solution. There has been no meaningful feedback, no clear communication, and no progress on something as critical as exam marking.
