Unpleasant treatment
I completed my studies in 2025. But the service I have received from this institution (Pretoria Campus) thereafter has been very unpleasant. I have logged in way too many tickets and still have not received no feedback or proper response. I am really suffering to get my documents.

How are the ones that have already received theirs without any hassle different for those that have to suffer and travel miles just to get theirs but still get turned down? All required documents have been submitted and academic requirements are met, what more is needed?
