Unhappy student and parent

My daughter has been having problems with Rosebank since the year 2022. She was studying with Rosebank college and she being told that she owes them R8000. We went to the college for 2 month straight with no help. when she did her higher certificate in early childhood development we paid the fees in full meaning that we did method A and not B. Her fees were paid a year in advance in the year 2022 meaning that she qualified for a early bird discount, she started studying in the year 2023 meaning that the fees were paid already and on your graduation she got her certificate according to my understand if you owe fees you don't receive your certificate, and her account was handed over triple advanced investment because she still "owes"
