Unhappy parent and student

Hi ..I'm an angry parent...my daughter did an NQF5 for office admin . She completed a course and her fees are up to date..now the issue is the certificate ..she went to go collect and she was informed that they can't find her certificate she will have to come back June.. she is at the verge of getting a job and she needs her certificate for checks ...we want that certificate ASAP before the 23rd Feb 2024 coz she needs to start work ..but she can't due to a certificate ...
