Unhappy alumni

I was helped by Mbali at Pretoria campus and when I enquired about graduation she stated that my name wasn’t on the list yet and I couldn’t receive my pack and I asked her managers email which she gave which is C Mohalpe. I couldn’t understand how my name wasn’t on the list yet when we were told our graduation packs were ready and we should fetch them and I have also received my confirmation letter. I told Mbali I wasn’t angry but really frustrated how my pack wasn’t ready as I am working and I made means to go there during working hours as they don’t send us via email and don’t know when I will have the time again and my parent went later that week and was told Friday it’ll be ready but I went and get it . I thought Mbali was being helpful but she further on gossiped me with her colleague when I turned around as I was leaving and she backchatted me . I would like to know is this how Rosebank college Pretoria campus gives treatment to their alumni ? Just because we are frustrated people like Mbali have to gossip about us with their colleagues just because we voiced our unhappy concerns?
