Unfair treatment

Good day, Am writing to you concerning the module of PMIC6111 Economic that the student hub has declined me to rewrite a replacement test, due to their reasons that I cannot use the same reason of serious illness twice per semester, even though am not using it for the same module. I called them trying to explain that I am indeed sick and the lady who was assisting could hear that am not well even on the phone and she said I have to apply for appeal, starting the reasons why I should be allowed to write the replacement, of which I did, and I even attached the Doctors letter as proof. But this was their second respond, Good Day Your application for a Replacement Assessment for Exam Sitting 1 for PMIC6111f for CAS-*****-M3J1W9; Own serious illness has been declined in terms of the policy as the requirements for this application has not been met.

• Serious illness is an illness defined by a medical practitioner as making it impossible for a student to attend on the day concerned. • One application per semester per reason will be permitted.

Any declined application for an assessment exception will automatically be treated as a reweighting application in case of the assessment being a formative (reweighting conditions to be met).

After this message I went ahead and called them again and they said, I have to speak to my Dr for him to specify the sick, when I went to my Dr He said he don’t want to lose his permit, for it is not allowed, I feel like the system of Rose-bank is falling me, I didn’t choose to be sick by the time of the exam, and I even provide the prove that I was sick, and if they needed confirmation they should have called my daughter, on my student hub application, I stated everything where my problem is coming from of which I cannot write it here but still they declined me, I cannot afford to pay another 4000 for a repeat of a module of which I know very well that I can pass.
