Unbelievably bad service

I have been a student with Rosebank College Online for a semester and I am entering my second semester, when I signed up for college I never thought it would be the communication and professionalism of the staff that would cause my struggling, dealing with the actual work is easier than dealing with enquiries.

I have emailed, wasted so much money on data and phone calls to this institution trying to get my questions answered and I am put through to person after person and I am on week 6 now. It was said contact your college to speak to a student advisor and I have yet to hear back from anyone even after I have continued to attempt to communicate with the college. This is truly mind-blowing since we as students have to stick to a time frame for when our academic year starts.

I am so furious about not getting any help week after week, unnecessary stressing whether or not I'm going to start my studies in time. No one on that staff seems to know what is going on and I am so frustrated with being handed over from pillar to post. For an institution that has been around for quite a while, your processes are extremely unorganised and badly managed.

I started a semester late last semester because of these delays and I refuse to allow that to happen again. I will not leave it like this.
