Unacceptable service

I have paid the registration fee for my son. Went to Rosebank College in Pretoria cbd. Was told to wait for student number. It's been over a week now and when you call there's no assistance and responsibility. The whatsapp line is the same as there is no help at all. It's so frustrating and I can't keep missing work to come to the campus to wait for hours to be told to return the following day or come on a Saturday. This is not acceptable. Typing this is raising my blood pressure.
