Unacceptable Delay in Payment Reflection
I made a payment 19 days ago, and it still has not reflected on my account. Reference number: ST***. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable, especially for an institution that expects students to meet strict deadlines. I have already provided proof of payment, yet nothing has been resolved. This delay is affecting my studies and causing unnecessary stress. Immediate action is needed.
