Tuition fee

Had a disturbing call yesterday being advised I need to pay outstanding fees for my child though he hasn't been attending since 26 March 2020, this was disturbing cos I already made an advanced payment of R8000 yet I'm told if my son won't be attending I will have to be charged a cancellation fee. What for? The register shows when last he attended. Instead the school owes me a refund. Then the lady that called even had the audacity to drop my call. Filthy service
