Treating fairly

I'm Itumeleng a newly registered student with Rosebank, i had hoped that i would get good if not exceptional service but i got a wat beyond bad service, i spoke to people who i know by name and one lady promised to call me back regarding my study pack and how the registration process after i pay, i paid my deposit fee of 3000 and sent my POP but till today i have never received any communication not even a single sms to acknowledge my payment and the first semester is by far gone and i have nothing? What is that? Im a lady who works and trying to study as well and i used my money to pay for that deposit with hope to and study and learn, but guess what Rosebank im sitting with nothing?
