Transcript/ Results nightmare

I have studied at Rosebank college in 2004 I've completed my Diploma in Business Management. I have been to the Braamfontein Campus to get my transcript in 2016 and to date I haven't received any. I then opted for their whatsapp help desk still nothing, i have send emails to ***, ***, *** and *** still I don't have my transcript.

I need my results so that I can be able to study further.
