Transcript and graduation

I am extremely disappointed with Rosebank College and the way my academic concerns have been handled. For weeks now, I have been trying to access my transcript on the student portal, with no success. On top of that, graduation is around the corner in June, yet I still have not received a graduation invitation. Every time I go to campus, I am told the same thing: “come back next week.” Week after week, there has been no progress, no proper explanation, and no accountability. I have also logged tickets regarding these issues, but nobody responds. Yesterday, I then received an email claiming that I have not completed all my modules. This is shocking and frustrating because I have proof from my portal showing that I completed everything successfully. I have never repeated a module, never failed, and never had supplementary exams.

What confuses me even more is that last year I completed a certificate qualification, and this year I was able to register for a degree. How was I allowed to register for a degree programme if there were supposedly outstanding modules? Why is this only becoming an issue now that I am asking about my graduation invitation, transcript, and certificates? The lack of communication is honestly unacceptable. It is deeply disappointing coming from an institution that teaches communication-related courses, yet struggles to communicate effectively with its own students. Students deserve clarity, professionalism, and timely assistance especially regarding something as important as their academic records and graduation. At this point, I feel ignored, frustrated, and let down by a system that should be supporting students instead of causing unnecessary stress and confusion.
