Title: Delay in Issuing Completion Letter – Rosebank College Braamfontein
I am extremely disappointed with the delay in receiving my letter of completion for the Bachelor of Education in Foundation Phase, which I successfully completed in 2025 at Rosebank College (Braamfontein campus).
Despite applying for the completion letter via the Student Hub and following up multiple times, I have still not received it. This document is essential for employment opportunities and SACE registration, and the continued delay has placed me at a serious professional disadvantage.
As a graduate who has fulfilled all academic requirements, I expected efficient service and clear communication. Unfortunately, the lack of response and urgency has been both frustrating and stressful.
I sincerely hope that Rosebank College Braamfontein addresses this matter urgently, as graduates should not have to struggle to obtain mandatory documentation after completing their qualifications.
