Think twice before joining Rosebank College and don't let the reviews fool you...

Looking at the reviews from Rosebank College I find it hard to believe it is the same place I need to deal with. Perhaps it is an automated bot that creates these entries; as the service we receive is completely the opposite and has been for quite some time now. In fact, in the beginning of this year I thought it was just growing pains but it seems to carry on indefinitely. Consistent communication issues; it's been a week now in trying to get assistance. Telephone calls just keep on ringing and then drops or divert to the person at extension "x" is not available. Then you call them directly at the relevant campus and they put you through to operations and the same happens. Poor students must be in complete disarray as the platforms are inconsistent and if not completely broken. The exam marks do not add up and there are duplicates on the modules over several groups; you can belong to only one group? And any other attempt to get clarity or feedback on concerns are not being addressed. Then you need to start the process from start scratch again and again. All I know is that once this year is over; they won't be seeing my money again.
