They claimed to have completed a transfer but it still hasn’t happened more than 3 weeks later of requesting this

I have no words for this college hey. This year was the first time we dealt with them and it was bad. Due to the fact that the timetable was on weekends we opted to transfer to Varsity College. To which when my sister went to see them more than 3 weeks ago they said the transfer is complete. However Varsity College keeps saying they haven’t received my sister’s profile. It’s been more than 3 weeks of calling with no one to assist. I really don’t know what wrong with the communication line of this college. They keep transferring us and eventually the call just drops. We need my sister’s profile transferred urgently as she started school in VC already
