They are a joke

<p>I studied Beauty Therapy at Rosebank College from 2 ********** .</p> <p>I still haven't received my certificate after years and years of enquiring.</p> <p>Then suddenly they can't pull out my certificate because "I'm owing", however when I spoke to their Finance Dept. they said I'm not owing.... I feel like someone is trying to **** me. I'm not impressed at all.</p> <p>I need my certificate ASAP as in yesterday!!!!!!</p>
