Their system of logging a ticket is flawed, nothing gets resolved
Their system of logging a ticket is flawed, nothing gets resolved. You still have to follow-up coz they close the ticket without solving your problem.

Each month you owe a different amount and never the same, and in order to get your statement, you have to go through the system of logging a ticket. Plenty of tickets later and my issue hasn't been resolved, a whole group of us are still waiting for our letters of completion since beginning of July.
