The service at Rosebank College Braamfontein is disgusting

The service at Rosebank College Braamfontein is disgusting. We have paid fees in full for 2020 and when my younger brother went to go register for his second year this year he was allowed to pay the registration fee for 2021 but then he was told his results are not appearing on their system. He has written all tests and exams and has these results but just needs his transcript for 2020 and the entire team is so *********** that they can't even find his results or assist with a way forward. Their admin is useless and their service is appauling and disappointing to the highest degree. We have tried calling and no one has been willing to assist to date.
