The school is very disorganised

I curse the day i chose to register a course with Rosebank College in Braamfontein. I will not recommend to anyone. The school is very disorganised. I have lots of complaints and till today they are not resolved and i have given up. My student portal it is never updated no matter how much you follow up. My results are not updated not even Monica was able to assist. She made promises but she did not keep even promised to call till today. Everytime we write test or exam we have to wait because they are trying to locate a question paper. Today we were writing Speedwriting we all sat in room 4d for a good 20mins only after we decided to go find out why there was no one coming only to find that the timetable was wrong the invigilators were sitting in another room by themselves. I have submitted an assignment on 17 Nov 2015 on the 09 Jan 2016 i discovered that my assignment mark was missing and i was told that i didn't submit which is not true as i have a prove Bongi told me that she wil ask the lecture who told her that since it was a group assignment she must just give me the same mark as the other group member and who also didnot have a mark till today it is not resolved.
