THE COLLEGE CONTINUES TO DISSAPOINT!!

I wrote a review about the terrible service Rosebank offers on the 20th June 2019. Its been over a month and the matter has not been sorted out. A day after the review i have received a call from their head office, they requested a student number and that was it. Instead Elliot Pooe continues to pester my sister with SMSs and calls. can somebody please advise me on this matter.
