Nokuthula Ntuli's assistance with my particular query, was excellent. After having revealed my situation, she explained the process we should follow, that being having to apply for the new course as well as credit application for completed modules, then establishing contact with the lecturers for the remaining modules.

Having gotten feedback that our credit application was successful for one of the modules, she vehemently filed for appeal, which was a success as the modules were all granted and the remaining 3 modules which, as she revealed previously, would be the amount I'd have to do to complete the course.

Her attentiveness, how succinct her explanations were, and her commitment to keeping me in the loop made me feel valued and heard as a student, therefore I feel she deserves the highest rating I can give her.
