Terrible experience as a student

A complaint was sent to the principle on the 18/08/2017, which I went to see him on the 24/08/2017. Since the 24/08/2017 I received feedback from the principle stating that cancellation committee was meeting on the 08/09/2017(as they only meet once a month), to date I have not received any feedback from the college regarding the meeting and the cancellation request as well as the refund.

I am getting no help from this college, i mean its 2018 and this is still going on? HELP!!!
