Terrible communication

Been trying to get hold of them via email for over a month now all I get is tickets. Need to check if a July application is gone through but no help is provided, because if it is i need to prepare for this and if not I need to keep searching and apply else where, total inconvenience and a real situation that I am facing.

Please do check in the same email address being provided as that has been the one I have been using all this time and no response was sent. All this information being asked has already been sent prior, why should I be sending it again because its already there???

I trust you are well. We managed to get hold of the applicant today and he has stated that he is no longer interested in studying with us and therefore he did not respond to the queries logged with the additional information we required to proceed with the application.
