Tc recoveries and Rosebank College are swindling me.

I was owing study fees at Rosebank college and when I was ready to start paying off my debt I reached out Advtech/ IIE but was informed that my account had been sold to Tc recoveries/ MBD and therefore I should make arrangements with MBD, which I did. Now months after paying off the debt MBD has come back to claim that the account is not with them and as a result I cannot get my latest arrear balance. This is absurd and I am taking issue with Rosebank college/ Advtech/IIE because it is they who sold my account to Tc recoveries/ MBD, it is they who insisted that I speak to Tc recoveries. What I know is that I want my degree certificate at the end of March and am willing to go to the highest court in the land to make sure that I get what I have been incessantly and diligently paying towards . I have been dealing with Elliot Pooe whose response and assistance has been sub- standard to say the least.
