Submission error

I had difficulties submitting my exam on Saturday, the 28th of November. I then app**** to resubmit on the student hub because according to the hub you are given two opportunities per academic year for resubmission with no reason or proof. My application clearly stated the reasons why I couldn’t submit and I did it within 5 days. My request was declined and the reasons stated on the email are invalid because I follow all of them. These people just put up policies and rules that make them look appealing but they follow them through. This college is only concerned about school fees, they are not concerned about the students and they prove it over and over again. This is only one of many problems I have with the college. The stuff at floor 11 are rude especially Loyiso, my classmates and I once raised the issue with Fiona but the issue was simply brushed under the carpet. I could go the whole day about Rosebank College and the countless issues I have with the college!! I wouldn’t recommend it to ANYONE
