Student Service

My application was a bit tricky because I completed my matric in 2016. However, with A LOT of back and forth communication I was able to get in with a Mature Exemption requirement to study online. The Student advisor who helped me is Siboniso Mbuyazi from the Nelspruit Branch. He was extremely helpful and patient with me as I am not the easiest person to deal with (I admit it), but his kind, calm and soft-spoken manner proved to me that he is a very professional person and that he really did his best in getting me in on time. He helped me immensely with registering me with the Nelspruit campus, then transferring my registration online. Up till now, if I have any queries, he will happily assist me. I'm sure for the students that were helped by him feel the same way. This is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE. However, my ONLY request to Rosebank College is to move Siboniso Mbuyazi to be an Online Student Advisor because as an online student - WE NEED HIM! You get the best and quickest service from him, especially when you are so stressed and your anxiety levels are over the roof - and it is so comforting when a student advisor helps you in the most efficient way possible when you feel like this.
