Student Refund

I am a student at IIE Rosebank College, this is my second year there. My school fees was over paid on the 12 August 2024 and I app**** for a student refund on the first week of September. Employee Mashudu Luthada was communicating through emails and R4200 that was paid for registration in February I got it back out of R27005 amount which the remaining balance is R22805. I app**** for the second time in October. Employee Abigail Njiva was assisting she said they must get an approval from DMV for the remaining amount for them to pay it back since my school fees where paid by them. The DMV did approved on 04 November that I should be getting the money back in order for my parents to pay the necessities. I need the refund to cover the costs of my transport and accommodation because the school doesn't assist with one. Where I am staying they will be taking all my belongings and I'm so afraid because the school is closing soon. My parents are calling the school everyday talking with different employees to get help and some would hang up the call some don't get back when say the would and we have all the names of them, the school is actually not helping at all. This is the third Month waiting to get refunded anf we did all we were asked to do. Employee Abigail Njiva sent me to write here after few weeks of DMV approval and said she doesn't help with Refunds. My parents are stress by this.
