Still no transcript on my student portal!!

I'm a graduate from the class of 2020. I've been waiting for my official transcript to be uploaded on my student portal since June, but I still don't have it. I've emailed and gotten no reply. Even before that I was give a statement of results. I need IIE’S official transcript. I'm tired of emailing and being patient.
